REPSG provided environmental due diligence services at multiple sites located in Texas, California, Florida, Colorado and other states. Our client for these services was a private equity fund focused on the high-end hotel and resort sector. These services included Phase I and II Environmental Site Assessments, surveys for water infiltration and associated mold issues, and asbestos and lead-based paint surveys. The assets addressed by REPSG’s work included major resorts, conference centers, and historic hotels. The work was performed in accordance with the demands of the client’s due diligence schedule, and include several projects completed on a “rush” basis. REPSG’s focus was to evaluate conditions across multiple structure, identify environmental issues and associated costs, and provide clarity as to those issues could be resolved in accordance with the client’s site acquisition and management needs.
