Mr. Naples founded RISK Environmental Assessment and Control Technologies and continues to serve as CEO of REPSG. Mr. Naples participates in direct sales, customer consultation and relations, and financial matters. Mr. Naples has Bachelor’s Degrees in Environmental Conservation and in Political Science. He is highly experienced in the real estate transactional arena, with over three decades of experience in realizing value from assets that are perceived as compromised by environmental liabilities.
Ted Mosher

Mr. Mosher leads REPSG’s Technical Services Division, which provides comprehensive services to address environmental issues associated with commercial property transfer and financing, site remediation and abatement, and industrial hygiene. Mr. Mosher has been a member of the REPSG team since 1997. He has a Bachelor’s Degree in English Composition, is a Certified Microbial Consultant (CMC), and has worked as an environmental consultant for over 30 years, specializing in the fields of pre-acquisition due diligence and industrial hygiene.
Bert Slomeana

Mr. Slomeana leads REPSG’s Contracting Services Division, which provides environmental clean-up services such as landfill capping, pre-demolition, dredging, site remediation, and sediment control. Mr. Slomeana coordinates with REPSG’s extensive vendor network and in-house departments to deliver turnkey construction and remediation management during pre-development, demolition, and construction phases of work. He has a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering. Mr. Slomeana has worked in the environmental industry for over three decades and has accumulated extensive experience in the areas of project planning and scheduling, construction and construction management, operations management, cost estimating and project development in both the public and private sectors.
Quanda Beck
Project Manager, Industrial Hygiene & Abatement Services | qbeck@repsg.com
Ms. Beck provides comprehensive project management for asbestos abatement, lead-based paint remediation, and other industrial hygiene remedial projects. Ms. Beck has extensive experience scoping, managing, and monitoring remediation projects, including large-scale/multi-phase asbestos abatements. Ms. Beck has a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting and Finance and has worked at REPSG since 2019.
Laura Eosso
Sr. Project Manager, Due Diligence Services | leosso@repsg.com
Ms. Eosso leads REPSG’s Due Diligence Service Group, which performs Phase I & Phase II ESAs, Environmental Reviews for HUD-funded and other federal projects, and other pre-acquisition environmental services. The Phase I Group provides ASTM/AAI-compliant site assessments incorporating historical research, interviews, site reconnaissance, and database reviews. The Phase II Group completes intrusive environmental and compliance projects including soil, soil vapor, and groundwater investigations. The Federal group completes Environmental Reviews in accordance with 24 CFR Parts 50, 51, 55, and 58 in order to facilitate project funding through HUD and local government entities. Ms. Eosso works to ensure that clients have a complete understanding of liabilities associated with real estate, as well as direction to eliminate and manage these liabilities. Ms. Eosso has a Bachelor’s Degree in Biology and a Master’s Degree in Environmental Science; she has worked at REPSG since 2007.
Ethan Hults

Mr. Hults is responsible for the daily oversight and management of the Phase I & Phase II Due Diligence group. He works on various environmental and compliance projects including soil, vapor, and groundwater investigations as well as remediation projects and a wide variety of due diligence (Phase I & II ESA) related projects. He has specific leadership with due diligence in soil, groundwater, and clean fill characterization. Mr. Hults works to help clients assess environmental liabilities and unforeseen cost when buying or selling a property. Mr. Hults has a Bachelor’s Degree in Environmental Science; he has worked at REPSG since 2016.
Shad Manning, PG

Mr. Manning is a Project Manager of regulatory remediation and assessment services projects. Mr. Manning also provides expert technical communication with regulatory officials, clients, and the public. He assists in the design and implementation of regulatory remedial strategies for soil, groundwater and vapor. Mr. Manning has a Bachelor’s Degree in Geology, a Master’s Degree in Environmental Sciences, and is licensed as a Professional Geologist in Pennsylvania. He has worked at REPSG since 2017.
James Manuel

Mr. Manuel oversees the Regulatory Compliance Group and manages REPSG’s Drafting & Data Management Department. He provides expert technical communication with regulatory officials, clients, and the public. He serves as the firm’s lead technical expert in the design and implementation of regulatory remedial strategies for soil, groundwater, and vapor. Mr. Manuel works to help clients assess environmental liabilities and unforeseen costs when buying, selling, or remediating a property. Mr. Manuel has a Bachelor’s Degree in Geography and a Master’s Degree in Geoenvironmental Studies; he has worked at REPSG since 2011.

Suzanne Shourds

Ms. Shourds leads REPSG’s Industrial Hygiene/Hazardous Materials (IH/HazMat) Department. The IH/Hazmat department combines site-specific surveys for hazardous materials including: asbestos, lead-based paint, mold, and water infiltration with management of the abatement and remediation of hazardous materials. Ms. Shourds has a Bachelor’s Degree in Biology and a Master’s Degree in Biology and Geography; she has worked at REPSG since 2006.
Maura Sylla
Project Manager, Soil & Waste Disposal Services | msylla@repsg.com
Ms. Sylla specializes in coordinating the removal and disposal of soil, fill, and waste export from construction and remediation sites. In this role Ms. Sylla is responsible for compliance with waste management regulations including characterization, profiling, transportation, and disposal of waste streams. She also works with vendors for waste treatment, transportation, and disposal subcontractors. She is also responsible for proposal drafting, bid compilation, and project scheduling in REPSG’s Contracting Division. Ms. Sylla has a Bachelor’s Degree in Environmental Studies and has worked at REPSG since 2018.
