Since the company’s initial formation in 1984 as RISK Environmental Assessment and Control Technologies, REPSG has grown its service offerings to address all aspects of commercial/industrial real property transactions and management. Our corporate offices still occupy the former heating oil terminal in southwest Philadelphia that was one of our company’s earliest brownfield remediation projects.
